Court Grants Johnny Depp's Request to Keep Amber Heard Divorce Details Private

The filing also claims that Depp's legal team sent a proposed confidentiality agreement to Heard's lawyer on May 27, but that the actress' attorney allegedly said neither she nor Heard would sign the agreement. Yet now Johnny Depp seems to have had enough, he has requested that the proceedings of their split remain private, and only at that point will he agree to any financial settlements. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the star won't disclose details about his monetary situation until the blonde signs a confidentiality agreement.



 "Johnny is merely trying to protect the documents and information Amber seeks from unwarranted disclosure to the media and other individuals not involved in the case", the court documents state. "Every detail of this action has been chronicled by the media and it has become one of the most heavily publicized celebrity divorces in recent memory".

Actor Johnny Depp has just filed court documents in response to ex Amber Heard's request for his financial information. Wasser, for example, contends the information on the earnings of Depp's Hollywood Vampires bandmates isn't relevant to the divorce proceedings. A court hearing has been scheduled for September 8. Heard's refusal to sign the documents will not work in her favor as it will only delay her receiving the spousal support that she has requested. A representative for Heard did not immediately respond to a request for comment. "Johnny is therefore asking the Court to issue a protective order".

She accused him of injuring her face with an iPhone and attained a temporary restraining order against him in May, which was then extended for two months.
