Nigeria’s U-23 team’s friendly against Honduras cancelled

The international friendly match between Nigeria’s U-23 side and their Honduran counterparts, which was scheduled for July 27, has been cancelled.
This was confirmed by the team’s media officer, Timi Ebikagboro, who also added that the Dream Team VI, will now face an unnamed side in the US on the same date.



He tweeted: “International friendly between Dream Team and Honduras put off, Dream Team now to play a team in the US on pre season on the same date 27th.”


The U-23 Eagles beat Charleston Battery FC 1-0 in their last friendly game on Sunday
