Apparently nollywood actress Fathia Balogun stepped out yesterday in this gorgeous dress to city people awards show and many have a problem with her hair,many says it doesnt suit her,some says she looks like a transgender...lol..FOR ME I TOTALLY LOVE THIS LOOK,IT TAKES A WOMAN THAT IS BOLD TO STEP OUT LIKE THIS....SHE IS THE BEST DRESSED SO FAR...Hate it or like it....
