Rapper Rick Ross crashes Rolls Royce into a Fort Lauderdale building following shooting incident: report 

Police say there were no injuries stemming from the shooting, but the gunman or gunmen are still at large.

A Rolls Royce said to have contained rapper Rick Ross is pictured crashed into a building in Fort Lauderdale.

Rapper Rick Ross might be the target of an investigation involving a shooting incident and car crash in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Police are looking into what caused a Rolls Royce, believed to be driven by Ross, to go crashing into a building early Monday morning.

Several witnesses say they saw rapper Rick Ross (above) driving the crashed vehicle.

According to NBC Miami, the Rolls Royce sped away as another vehicle opened fire at it, sending the luxury car off the road.

The Rolls Royce was traveling eastbound on Las Olas Boulevard in Ft. Lauderdale when another vehicle opened fire on it, police said.

Neither of the two people inside the car was injured, and police are still looking for the gun man.

Though Ross and his reported female companion were not named, several witnesses identified the rapper as the driver of the Rolls.
