Dubai to host inaugural edition of Fashion Forward

The inaugural edition of Fashion Forward (FFWD), which aims to focus both on traditional runway shows and fashion industry-related educative discussions, is going to take place from April 26-29, 2013, in Dubai.   Developed by Middle East’s leading marketing agency Brag, the four-day-long event will witness a range of creations from an impressive list of nearly fourteen Middle Eastern fashion houses.   Several ready-to-wear, couture, menswear and bridal lines created by designers from Beirut, Dubai, Kuwait, Muscat and Riyadh will be featured at the event.   Dina Jsr, Ronald Abdala and Zayan Ghandour, the three well-acclaimed Lebanese designers, are also going to showcase their pret-a-porter and evening wear collections at the FFWD.   Other than the eclectic showcase of avant-garde creations, the event will additionally include panel discussions and interactive sessions on current and forthcoming fashion trends among aspiring and existing fashion industry professionals.
