Batshuayi, who is currently representing Belgium at Euro 2016, scored 17 goals in Ligue 1 last year and has been linked with a move away ever since.
The 22-year-old is however expected to reject other clubs and become Antonio Conte’s first signing at Stamford Bridge.
Reports in the UK, claim Batashuayi will sign a five-year contract with the former Premier League champions.
