Wendy Williams Fires Producers Following Racism Scandal

This summer saw Wendy Williams come under fire for questioning the necessity of African-American universities and the NAACP during a segment on her hit talkshow ‘The Wendy Williams Show.’
A conversation with Roland S. Martin on the platform saw the successful talkshow host brought up to the speed on the racist legislation that gave their creators no choice but to create them.
Thought all was well once she apologised? Unfortunately, the answer to that question is no.
For, she has given two members of the show’s camp the boot…hours after its end-of-season party.

‘Wet Paint’ reports:
“The crew had a big party celebrating what they considered a season well done,” an insider told Page Six. “The next day [some of them] got calls saying they’d been let go.”
It’s believed longtime producer Jason Gabel is one of the casualties, along with two unidentified senior staff members.
