Kylie Jenner set to make at least £1m on her old mansion containing a huge mural of herself .

Kylie Jenner is selling her old home for £2.7milllion, making a profit of nearly £1m, after showing off all the renovations she’s made.
They include multiple walk-in wardrobes and a rather garish painting she commissioned of herself on one of the walls.

The reality star moved into her new home in Hidden Hills – bought for £4million – last month, a move which now sees her living much closer to her mum Kris Jenner and her sister Kim Kardashian.
Kylie describes the mansion she’s selling, bought for £1.8million in mid-2014, as a ‘starter home’ and has given fans a guided tour via her app.
It has five bedrooms, a large pool and an expansive outdoor area perfect for serving as the background in selfies.

The 18-year-old also revealed that her old bathroom is black and gold, which she remodeled to look exactly like mum Kris’ bathroom. Strange.
Her new crib is a step up from all that though, as it has six bedrooms and a wine cellar on top of all the usual luxuries.
Oh, to be young and penniless again.
