The Kardashians are being sued for potentially millions by a talent agency for not living up to their end of a deal made in 2009.According to TMZ, the Agency for the Performing Arts (APA) claims they were instrumental in the family’s rise to stardom, and had a verbal agreement to 15% of their profits, a deal which they say the Kardashians didn’t live up to.
The company claims it made agreements with Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, Kylie and Kendall back in 2009, and all parties agreed to 15% cut of their profits.
Court documents filed claim that the Kardashians chose to end the deal back in March 2015, with all profits that were going to APA stopping immediately.
The company is reportedly seeking unspecified amounts which could amount to millions.
