But now, according to reports, the entire storyline has been exposed as fake.
“Part of me wants to take a paternity test,” she says in the teaser for the next show, before another scene shows her admitting, "I don't even know if I want to stay with Rob."
A shot then shows the star with a needle in her arm, appearing to confirm she gets the test in the upcoming episode. However, TMZ claims the teaser was actually "made up" to tease viewers, and the needle is for a routine blood test.
In fact, the site claims "Rob's the only guy who could possibly be the dad".
The pair reportedly wanted a baby together from the moment they began dating, despite only being together a matter of weeks. According to the report, Chyna did tell Rob he wasn't the dad once previously, "to get under his skin because she was p***ed off at him" - but it was all a joke.
Chyna and Rob's fiery, roller coaster relationship is laid bare in the first installment of the series.
The pair have a number of explosive rows after accusing each other of cheating, with Blac even kicking her fiance out of her house.
E!
"Our fight has got me thinking that maybe he is up to something," she says after they have a blazing argument. "He even accused me of cheating with Tyga."
While later on in the episode, an emotional Rob admits: "Honestly, with me and Chyna I really don’t know what’s going to happen."
But even with all the fighting, it's still a shock when Blac reveals she's thinking about getting a paternity test.

Viewers soon flooded Twitter asking why the mum-of-one was questioning who the father of her baby is.
"If Blac Chyna didn't cheat... why would she even THINK about taking a paternity test!?!" asked one.
Another said: "Wait. Why is Blac Chyna taking a paternity test? I thought Rob was the only one." Elsewhere in the episode, the pair finally reveal the sex of their baby.
After keeping it under wraps for months, they announce they’re expecting a baby girl, but Rob - who was hoping for a little boy - can’t hide his disappointment.
“But you have a boy at home?” the doctor asks.
"Yeah, but I don’t,” Rob, 29, replies
But earlier in the episode Rob was quite clear about his desire to have a little boy.
“[I’m] definitely hoping for boy because I want the same relationship I had with my father with my son. That’s what I’m praying for,” Rob shares.
