Divorce: Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, go to war over who takes custody of kids

   Reports say Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have a very good agreement on how to split their $400million fortune in case of divorce but non on who takes custody of their children.

TMZ reports that they share 12 properties. Brad, 53, owns seven and Angelina, 41, has two – a further three were bought while they were dating but not yet married.



But the report adds: ‘CUSTODY of their kids will be where the war really plays out… Brad plans to fight for joint PHYSICAL custody of their six children.’

Jolie, it was learnt, is seeking joint legal custody but sole physical custody of Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and eight-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

A parent with legal custody can make decisions about the child’s schooling, religious upbringing and medical care and so on.

Physical custody means that a parent has the right to have a child live with him or her.

According to MailOnline, new claims have it that Jolie has blocked Pitt’s phone number since filing for divorce
