Tanzania arrive in Nigeria ahead of Saturday’s 2017 AFCON qualifier

The Tanzanian national team, have arrived in Nigeria ahead of their 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against the Super Eagles on Saturday.
The Taifa Stars touched down in Abuja, before connecting another flight to Uyo, where the match will be played.


Tanzania have never defeated Nigeria in their five previous encounters and although the game is a dead rubber, the East Africans will be hoping to finish out a disappointing campaign with some pride.


The team will be lodged at Le Meridien hotel, Uyo.
