Can you imagine? John Terry and Manchester United have been at odds on the pitch for almost 20 years, but at one point it probably seemed more likely that the two would be working together.

According to JT, he used to train with Manchester United in the summer, and as his latest Instagram post demonstrates, Sir Alex Ferguson took a bit of a shine to him.

Terry’s father and grandfather were both fans of the Reds, but with Terry winning it all with Chelsea, and Manchester United winning league and Champions League titles, we don’t think either side will left be wondering what might have been.
